Position Overview of the Client Success Manager:
We are seeking a Client Success Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensure satisfaction, and provide excellent client support. This role manages proxy events, annual general meetings, and special meetings for an established client base. This is a hybrid position and required a hybrid schedule with at least 3 days in the Cary, NC office location.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Client Success Manager:
Maintain long?term relationships with key clients.
Handle client issues and complaints and escalate effectively.
Collaborate with sales and client success teams to ensure client success.
Represent BetaNXT at industry conferences and events.
Serve as client ambassador to ensure successful client proxy events.
Work with directors, C-level, and investor relations teams to coordinate, plan, and execute virtual and in-person shareholder meetings.
Communicate daily with tabulation, print progress, and key information related to events.
Serve as producer and inspector of elections for annual and special meetings.
Skills and Experience of the Client Success Manager:
5+ years of experience as a Client Success Manager or Customer Service Rep, ideally in the financial services, wealth management, or fintech space.
Proficiency with CRM software and account management tools.
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven negotiation and problem?solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
