Stonebridge Counseling Group is seeking a

full-time Clinical Supervisor

to join our in-person team. This role combines meaningful leadership with a balanced clinical caseload in a practice that values both depth and sustainability.

You'll guide a small team of pre-licensed clinicians through

triadic supervision

--focusing on case formulation, ethics, and documentation quality--while maintaining about

15 client hours per week

and a small amount of administrative time.

Our supervisors work closely with the Clinical Director and Program Managers in a supportive, growth-minded environment where supervision is collaborative and developmental, not bureaucratic.

We integrate

Brainspotting, EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, IFS/parts work, and other experiential approaches

, and we appreciate supervisors who bring curiosity, relational attunement, and an embodied clinical presence.

Requirements

LCSW strongly preferred (LMFT or LPCC considered) Active CA license, 2+ years post-licensure (eligible to supervise per BBS) Experience with trauma-informed and experiential modalities preferred Comfortable providing focused supervision and constructive feedback
