What You'll Be Doing

Precision Layouts:

Operate Trimble systems, robotic total stations, and 3D scanners to establish control points for new concrete placements and repairs.

Coordination & Verification:

Compare as-built field conditions with design drawings and report discrepancies to engineers.

Quality Oversight:

Confirm that rebar placement, formwork, and post-tensioning meet required ACI and ICRI standards.

Technology Integration:

Maintain and update as-built models in AutoCAD or Civil 3D and support project managers in optimizing workflows.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience in concrete layout, surveying, or structural restoration (commercial or civil background preferred). Strong working knowledge of surveying instruments (total stations, GPS, laser levels) and CAD software. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex construction drawings and resolve field challenges. Certifications OSHA 10 and ACI/ICRI credentials are advantageous.
