Spring - Marketing Representative

(This is where you start)

Door to door community outreach, No selling is required! Responsible for generating leads by offering free, no-obligation lawn care quotes to homeowners Commercial business development Assist senior lawn care technician as needed Complete all required training

Summer/Fall

- Lawn Care Technician (Transition based on performance)

Perform fertilizer, weed control, and insect applications for our residential & commercial customers Quote potential customers in the field for lawn care services $20 - $25 / hour dependent on performance

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Must be willing to work Monday through Friday, and some Saturdays Have valid state driver's license with less than 4 points Be able to drive a truck/van and a pull-behind trailer Be willing to work in a variety of weather conditions Able to lift 50 lbs. or more comfortably

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in lawn care Experience providing exceptional customer experience Steel Green or similar ride-on application equipment experience Active Illinois pesticide applicator license

Desired Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Able to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment Basic computer knowledge Good communication skills High motivation to learn and succeed Must be dependable Self-motivated Goal-oriented

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. This position is very physical. As a Residential Lawn Technician, you will be required to pay attention to your surroundings. All Lawn Squad technicians do their best to NOT cause any damage or harm to a customer's property. Because we work in an industry that routinely deals with Mother Nature, Residential Lawn Technicians must be willing to work in a variety of weather conditions.
