At. Global Greenz we're passionate about quality, professionalism, and creating outdoor environments our clients love. We're growing -- and looking for a certified Lawn & Ornamental Applicator to join our team of skilled professionals.

The Applicator is responsible for applying fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides safely and effectively across residential and commercial properties. This role plays a key part in ensuring healthy turf, trees, and ornamentals through proper diagnosis, treatment, and customer education.

Responsibilities
Apply fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides according to label directions and state regulations

Diagnose pest, disease, and nutrient issues in turf and ornamental plants

Maintain accurate application and chemical records (as required by FDACS)

Safely operate and maintain spray rigs, spreaders, and related equipment

Communicate professionally with clients and coworkers

Ensure all work meets Global Greenz quality standards for appearance and safety

Florida Lawn & Ornamental Certification

Pay based on experience and credentials

Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean record

Minimum 2 year of professional lawn/landscape or pest control experience

Strong knowledge of turf, trees, and ornamental plant care

Ability to work independently, efficiently, and safely outdoors year-round
Competitive hourly rate based on experience and certification level
