Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Laundry Housekeeping Worker to join our team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of laundry services, ensuring high-quality standards are met for our guests and facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in laundry operations, cleaning, and possibly dry cleaning, with a focus on providing exceptional service in a hospitality environment. Responsibilities

Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines to process linens, towels, and clothing items. Sort, fold, and organize clean laundry for distribution or storage. Perform cleaning duties in laundry areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment. Handle special cleaning requests, including dry cleaning items as needed. Ensure all laundry is processed efficiently and according to established standards. Assist with inventory management of laundry supplies and report any maintenance issues promptly. Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Skills

Experience with laundry operations, including the use of commercial laundry machines. Knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices for maintaining hygiene standards. Familiarity with dry cleaning processes is advantageous. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and reliability in adhering to schedules. This role is essential in providing guests with a clean, comfortable environment through efficient laundry and housekeeping services. Pay: From $10.50 per hour
