WashLand Laundromat has full time positions open for immediate hiring! We\xe2\x80\x99re open 7 days a week from 10:00 AM until around 8 PM. The last customer can come in at 8 PM and we close when they are finished. Most nights you will be out of there by 9:00 PM. Nights and weekends will be required. Job Summary We are a laundromat offering self-service, full service along with pick-up & delivery laundry service. A flexible work schedule, with availability to work mid-week and weekends is required. Laundromat duties

• *Interact with our guests in a friendly and courteous manner *Demonstrate how to use equipment and answer customer questions *Must be able to do laundry for our Wash, Dry, Fold customers in an efficient and satisfactory manner *Report equipment/cleaning product needs and/or malfunctions to supervisor in a timely fashion

Qualifications We are seeking someone who enjoys customer interaction and takes pride in the appearance of the store. We want to ensure that our customers are treated with the highest level of courtesy and professionalism. The candidate must have:

• *A high school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus *A minimum of three years of customer service and/or retail sales experience *An energetic, outgoing, customer-oriented personality *Strong communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills *Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a small team *High level of ownership, accountability, attentiveness to detail and initiative *Computer knowledge including operating a Point of Sale (POS) system is preferred

While performing the duties of this job, you will be frequently required to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, bend, climb or balance on a ladder, and maneuver around physical properties while performing various maintenance and inspection duties.
