Late Night Food/ Bar Prep

Job Description
We're looking for a reliable prep cook to join our late-night cocktail bar team. This position focuses on preparing basic menu items for our late-night offerings, assisting the bar and floor team as needed, and prepping ingredients for service.
This position is late night and would require commuting to the Downtown Fort Lauderdale area.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and portion basic food items for the late-night bar menu Assist the bar team with juicing, garnish prep, and light food assembly Help maintain a clean and organized workspace, including bussing tables as needed. Ensure all prep and service areas are properly stocked before and during shifts Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times

Wednesday:
Hours vary based on prep needsFriday and Saturday:
4:00 PM - 3:00 AM
Requirements:
Basic kitchen or prep experience preferred Must be dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude is a must!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
