We are currently offering a

Part-Time

Lash Artist Education Program (Hybrid Online and In-Person)

for aspiring and early-career lash artists to observe our techniques, systems, and studio operations within our Baltimore-area locations.

The Lash Lab is a platform that connects independent beauty professionals with discerning clients seeking services aligned with our natural design aesthetic and our commitment to vegan, cruelty-free, and hypoallergenic formulations. Clients are connected to our

, rather than a single stylist, ensuring a polished and consistent experience regardless of provider.

ABOUT THE POSITION

This is a

complimentary, education-based program

designed to support the career development of prospective and new Lash Artists while introducing participants to the systems that power The Lash Lab brand. The program is

primarily delivered virtually, with additional opportunities for in-studio sessions.

Participants will have the opportunity to explore their interests in beauty while observing professional services, studio workflows, and brand protocols in a real-world environment.

We provide skilled instructors, a fully stocked lash studio, and supplies -- all you need to bring is curiosity, professionalism, and a desire to improve your lash artistry skills.

Upon completion of the program and once familiar with our designs and service protocols, participants may become eligible to apply for our

opportunities.

FREELANCE ARTIST OPPORTUNITY

Optional Next Step:

As a Freelance Lash Artist, you may work independently within one of our conveniently located Baltimore-area studios. The Lash Lab provides client booking, customer service, billing support, and studio infrastructure -- allowing artists to focus on delivering exceptional services without the burden of client sourcing, scheduling logistics, or administrative tasks.

Client appointments are offered based on skill level and availability. Our most successful artists work approximately 20-30+ hours per week, with full control over their schedules.

SCHEDULE

Participants have full control over their program attendance with no long-term commitment. You may attend as many or as few sessions as desired.

Sessions are typically scheduled on weekdays and weekend mornings or afternoons, with occasional evening availability.

PROGRAM CURRICULUM

Observe The Lash Lab protocols for eyelash extension and lift services, including application, maintenance, and removal Learn standards for professionalism, communication, and guest experience Understand cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines

REQUIREMENTS

Demonstrated passion for beauty, wellness, or fashion Experience providing professional, white-glove client service in upscale or luxury environments Strong attention to cleanliness, professionalism, and efficiency Dependability, reliability, and punctuality -- non-negotiable

Nice to Have:

- At least 1 year of professional experience in applying eyelash extensions and lift services (In-salon experience strongly preferred)

- Professional References that can attest to your success within luxury beauty or wellness settings

- Knowledge of other beauty treatments such as brow design, permanent makeup, waxing, and skin aesthetics is a plus

- Experience as a Lash Artist, Lash Technician, Lash Tech, Lash Esthetician, Cosmetologist, Beauty Retail Sales Associate, Salon or Spa Receptionist, Fashion or Lifestyle Sales Associate, Retail Manager, or similar role
