Location: 5125 NC Highway 55 Suite 104 Durham, NC

Job Type: Part-Time (with opportunity to grow into Full-Time)

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a Lash Artist who is:

Experienced in classic, hybrid, volume Will train if have experience Professional, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering a luxury client experience Clean, organized, and committed to proper sanitation practices Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills Passionate about beauty, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement Comfortable building client relationships and maintaining professionalism in a luxury setting
Responsibilities

Provide high-quality lash extension services Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace Arrive prepared and ready for scheduled appointments Educate clients on aftercare and best practices Participate in trainings, team meetings, and promotional opportunities Uphold the spa's standard of excellence and luxury environment
Compensation

Hourly pay plus commission on services performed 100% of tips retained Opportunities for bonuses based on performance, professionalism, and client retention Room to grow within the spa as your books build

Requirements

Valid NC Cosmetology or Esthetics License with lash extension certification Strong lash application skills and commitment to safety Weekend availability preferred Excellent customer service skills and professionalism
