We are seeking a talented and fast Eyelash Specialist to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty through expert eyelash extension application and other aesthetic services. Duties

Apply eyelash extensions with precision to ensure a natural and flawless look tailored to each client's preferences we are specialized in design lashes anime, lash fox lash etc. Provide additional beauty services such as eyebrow threading, body waxing, and nail care is plus Assist clients with product demos and recommend retail products to enhance their beauty routines Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas following industry regulations Engage with clients to deliver exceptional customer service, addressing their needs and concerns professionally Promote salon services through social media management and upselling techniques to increase client retention and satisfaction Support front desk operations including check-in/out procedures, managing client inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming environment Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, esthetic laser treatments, and other cosmetic procedures

Requirements

Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification with experience in eyelash extensions and related beauty treatments Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent guest services and build lasting client relationships Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a salon or med spa setting Familiarity with social media management for marketing purposes is a plus Skills in retail sales, upselling, product demos, and effective sales techniques to grow the client base Additional expertise in body waxing, hair styling, nail care, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox treatments, tattooing, or laser treatments is advantageous Ability to work well within a team environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently
