Optimize part layout / nest using CNC laser programing software "TruTops Boost" Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to create accurate part programs Work with material handling team members to ensure correct material is being utilized Work closely with production team to ensure scheduling deadline are being meet Collaborate closely with engineers, machinists, and production teams to ensure top-quality results Maintain and update the programming database and tooling libraries Troubleshoot programming issues and recommend improvements to enhance cut quality and performance Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards
Requirements:

1+ years of experience programming CNC laser or plasma machines (TRUMPF, Mazak, Mitsubishi, or similar) Proficiency with CAM software (TruTops or comparable nesting and programming tools) Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes and materials Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset, and strong communication skills High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
