Laser Operator/programmer
Job Description
Summary: The laser machine operator position safely performs laser cutting for a variety of manufactured products.
Performs typical laser cutting operations.
Select proper cutting programs and fixtures.
Establish proper stop location, adjust laser beam focal point.
Make proper set-ups for cutting operations.
Perform prescribed maintenance as required.
Perform and record all quality and performance inspections.
Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisor.
May perform a variety of other tasks as production needs require.
Preferred Education and Experience:
1. At least one (1) year of manufacturing experience.
2. At least one (1) year of laser operator experience.
3. CNC Programming and Coding.
Wages are based on experience.*
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
