Large Groups Benefits Account Manager

Key Responsibilities - What You'd Do:
Be the
primary point of contact
for a portfolio of large group benefits clients--building lasting relationships and ensuring their needs are met with care and expertise.
Lead annual renewals
and plan marketing, including RFPs, carrier negotiations, and delivering tailored recommendations.
Provide
consultative guidance
on plan design, funding strategies, compliance, cost containment, and industry trends.
Collaborate
with Producers, Account Executives, and Associate Account Managers to deliver seamless, high-quality service.
Prepare and deliver engaging
client presentations
(open enrollment, stewardship, compliance updates).
Serve as a
liaison
between clients, carriers, and vendors--resolving issues and managing timelines.
Mentor and support team members, sharing knowledge and fostering a positive, growth-oriented culture.
Ensure
accurate documentation
and compliance using our digital systems.
Pursue ongoing professional development to stay at the forefront of the industry.
Job Requirements - What You'd Bring:
4+ years
of employee benefits experience (small group focus preferred).
Expertise in medical, dental, ancillary lines, and compliance (COBRA, FMLA, ACA, HSA/FSA/HRA, etc.).
Current
Life and Health license
(with CE compliance).
Exceptional
communication, organization, and client relationship
skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid, fast-paced environment.
High degree of professionalism, adaptability, and attention to detail.
High school diploma (college degree preferred).
