Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced

Large Format Print Specialist

to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is honest, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work well with others in a fast-paced production environment.

Experience is required.

Job Responsibilities

Work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards Operate and perform basic maintenance on large-format printers and vinyl plotters Prepare and execute print files for a wide variety of applications, including banners, wall graphics, vehicle graphics, decals, signage, posters, flyers, business cards, and more Work confidently in

Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

, including use of key commands Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities Understand print requirements related to color, resolution, layout, and materials; proofread all content prior to production Assist with vinyl and sign preparation as needed, including cutting, laminating, weeding, cleaning, and material prep Assist with installations when required Lift and handle material rolls weighing approximately 10-50 lbs Complete jobs in a timely and cost-effective manner Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and coworkers to ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently Be willing to work overtime when necessary to meet deadlines Continue learning and adapting in a constantly evolving industry Maintain a clean, organized workspace and support team members as needed
Requirements

Prior experience in large-format printing or related production environment Valid driver's license Associate's Degree in Design (or equivalent experience)

Schedule

Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
