Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Laravel Developer to join our development team and play a key role in building, maintaining, and optimizing our web applications and SaaS platforms. This individual will work closely with our product, design, and infrastructure teams to create high-quality, scalable solutions for Netlink Voice and its subsidiaries. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean, maintainable code, has a deep understanding of backend development, and enjoys solving complex problems with modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using Laravel and related technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, DevOps, QA) to define, design, and ship new features. Integrate third-party services and APIs into existing systems. Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code that follows best practices and design patterns. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes and standards. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. Maintain security, reliability, and scalability across all developed applications. Stay current with new technologies and best practices in PHP, Laravel, and full-stack development to continuously improve solutions.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience as a PHP/Laravel Developer. Strong proficiency in Laravel, PHP 8+, MySQL, and RESTful APIs. Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React, or similar). Solid understanding of MVC architecture, OOP principles, and design patterns. Experience with Git and version control workflows. Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or modern deployment tools is a plus. Ability to write unit and integration tests and follow best practices for code quality. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
