Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to oversee and execute a variety of outdoor maintenance projects. This leadership role involves supervising a team of landscapers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality landscaping, lawn care, and horticultural services. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, gardening, irrigation, tree care, and construction, along with proven supervisory skills. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of landscaping technicians in daily operations, ensuring safety and efficiency Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and fertilizing Coordinate tree care activities such as planting, pruning, and removal with attention to safety standards Supervise construction projects related to landscape design or installation, ensuring quality workmanship Maintain detailed project records and communicate progress to clients and management Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies Provide training and mentorship to crew members on horticultural practices and equipment use

Experience

Minimum of 3 years experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, and gardening Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care techniques, and general landscaping practices Familiarity with construction processes related to outdoor projects is preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in project execution Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards MUST have Valid Drivers License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
