Landscaping Crew Lead

who can lead by example, serve with integrity, and ensure jobs are completed with excellence.

This is a

hands-on leadership role

responsible for managing daily landscaping jobs, guiding crew members, and keeping projects on schedule. Many team members are transitioning back into the workforce, so this role requires patience, accountability, and strong leadership.

This position is

commission-based

The Crew Lead will be responsible for:

Leading and working alongside a landscaping crew on job sites Maintaining structure, professionalism, and respect on the job Ensuring all jobs are completed on time and to company standards Operating company vehicles and landscaping equipment Communicating progress and challenges with management Encouraging teamwork, discipline, and a strong work ethic

Key Responsibilities

Lead and work alongside a landscaping crew on daily job sites Provide structure, encouragement, and accountability to crew members Ensure jobs are completed on time and to company standards Maintain professionalism, respect, and order on the job site Operate company trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment Load/unload materials and maintain clean job sites Communicate progress, needs, and challenges with management Promote safety, teamwork, and a strong work ethic
Compensation (Commission-Based)

Paid per completed job or percentage of job revenue

Higher productivity = higher pay

No cap on earnings Opportunity for increased commission rates and bonuses as the company grows

Qualifications

Experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor Leadership or crew-lead experience preferred Strong character, integrity, and reliability Ability to lead with firmness, patience, and respect Valid driver's license (required) Drug Tested Comfortable working outdoors in Texas weather Willingness to be a positive role model on and off the job site Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required

Pay: $10.00 - $40.00 per hour
