As a

Crew Lead

, you'll run day-to-day field operations for your assigned crew, making sure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to our high standards.

Responsibilities

Supervising lawn care and landscaping crews on-site each day. Reviewing work orders and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule. Operating and maintaining commercial lawn and landscape equipment safely. Training and mentoring new crew members on techniques, tools, and safety procedures. Communicating with customers and office staff to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues quickly. Performing hands-on work alongside your team when needed. Ensuring each site is left clean, complete, and ready for client inspection.

Qualifications

We're looking for a reliable, team-oriented leader who can balance efficiency with quality. Minimum 2 years of experience in lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance. Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Ability to operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape tools. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required). Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying Missouri weather. Strong communication and teamwork skills; dependable and self-motivated. Positive attitude and pride in doing the job right the first time.

Schedule & Pay

Full-time, non-exempt role based in Columbia, MO.
