Position Summary

We're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Groundskeeper to help maintain and enhance the outdoor spaces at our client properties. This position plays a key role in the overall appearance and upkeep of the grounds we service. Ideal candidates are punctual, safety-minded, and take pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine lawn care, such as mowing, trimming, edging, and applying bark as needed Maintain flower beds and landscape features Prune trees and shrubs to encourage healthy growth Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively Irrigate gardens and lawns as needed Remove weeds, debris, and seasonal buildup Assist with other tasks as needed

Basic Requirements

Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to and from work sites Ability to safely drive a company vehicle between properties Willingness to travel within a 2-hour radius Regular, on-time attendance as scheduled

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of landscaping or groundskeeping experience Familiarity with landscaping equipment and safety practices Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to pass a standard background check Have an an active Drivers License and clean driving record Ability to back up a trailer safely Must be able to pass a drug screening in compliance with applicable federal and state laws (includes marijuana)

Schedule

Full-time (typically Monday-Friday, day shifts) Occasional evenings or weekends as needed; overtime as needed

Additional Information

All positions at our company are paid and classified as at-will employment. The duties described are general in nature and may be adjusted based on business needs, consistent with applicable laws. Relocation to the Salem, OR area is required before the start date
