Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Technician and play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant, functional, and beautiful environments. We need 2 licensed drivers and 3 hard workers. Lots of overtime. Speaking Spanish is a big plus.

Duties

Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to maintain healthy and attractive turf. Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as pruning trees and shrubs, planting flowers, and mulching beds to enhance aesthetic appeal. Operate hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruners) and power tools (weed whackers, blowers, trimmers) efficiently and safely for various landscaping tasks. Assist with landscaping projects involving hardscape installation including stonework, pathways, or patios. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and properly handling all tools and equipment. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality.

Experience

Prior experience in landscape maintenance or horticulture is preferred but not mandatory; we value motivated individuals eager to learn. Strong physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions is required. Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude will help you thrive in our collaborative environment. Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
