Work Schedule: 6:30am to 3pm (offering 40+ hours a week) starting the 2026 season (March 2026 to October 2026)

Additional worksites: (work throughout the following counties/areas): Cleveland, OK, Grady, OK, McClain, OK, Oklahoma, OK, and areas of Oklahoma City, OK.

Possible weekend work. Start/end times, offered hours and/or overtime could vary as they may be dependent upon other factors such as project/schedule/service needs, weather, and commute time between worksites (if applicable).

Responsibilities

Work is performed outdoors, exposed to weather; must be capable of doing physically strenuous labor for long hours, occasionally in extreme heat or cold. Variable weather conditions apply; hours may fluctuate (+/-), possible downtime and/or overtime. All work will be done with employer provided tools, supplies and equipment without charge or deposit. Care for established lawns by mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, raking, aerating, weeding, composting, removing thatch, litter, leaves and debris. Prune or trim foliage, plants, shrubs and trees at ground level. Follow planned landscaping designs to determine where to lay planters, sod, plant grass, seeds, bulbs, foliage, flowers, ground covers, shrubs, rocks and trees (attach wires and support stakes). Provide proper upkeep to sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, planters, or other grounds features. Water/irrigate lawns, plants and trees using portable sprinkler systems, hoses or watering cans. Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruners, shears, and wheelbarrows. May operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, edgers, pruning saws and leaf blowers. Occasional snow shoveling from walks, driveways or parking lots with hand shovels or small hand blow. Clean worksite to ensure safety & other related Landscape Laborer activities as per SOC/OES 37-3011 (onetonline.org).

Experience

Must be 18 or older All applicants must be able, willing and qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified and work throughout all areas of intended employment. Must have 3 months Landscape experience. Wages are based on experience.
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
