. This is a hands-on position that includes leading a crew, working in the field, and managing irrigation and landscape installation projects for both residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities:
Lead and work alongside the irrigation and landscape crew daily
Design, layout, and install irrigation systems
Perform grading, planting, trenching, drainage, and hardscape work
Operate equipment such as skid steers, excavators, trenchers, etc.
Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade existing irrigation systems
Coordinate materials, scheduling, and maintain job site safety
Ensure projects are completed to company standards and specifications
Train and mentor crew members in proper safety and installation practices
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience
in irrigation design and landscape construction
Experience in both
residential and commercial projects
Ability to read blueprints, site plans, and irrigation schematics
Strong equipment operation skills (skid steer, excavator, etc.)
Knowledge of irrigation controllers, pumps, valves, and water management
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required)
