Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscape/Excavation Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our landscaping projects and maintenance services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of landscape and excavation, and hands-on experience in landscape maintenance. This role involves supervising teams, managing project timelines, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining client satisfaction. The Landscape Operations Manager will play a vital role in creating an efficient operation. CDL is required

Duties

Lead and supervise landscape and excavation crew, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery Plan and coordinate landscaping projects including construction, gardening, tree care Oversee daily operations Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and equipment maintenance for multiple job sites Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely completion of all assignments Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project costs for reporting purposes Ability to work in multiple pieces of equipment from skidsteer, excavator and tractor

Skills

Extensive experience in excavation landscaping, lawn care Proven supervising experience with strong leadership capabilities Knowledge of construction practices related to landscaping projects Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan effectively and prioritize tasks Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients Proficiency in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting related to landscape tools and machinery
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
