Landscaping Crew Member

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscaping Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working outdoors, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients. As a Landscaping Crew Member, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to maintain and improve the appearance of residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lawn Care: Mow, edge, and trim lawns using various equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and edgers. Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments as needed.

- Pruning and Trimming: Prune and trim trees, hedges, and shrubs to enhance their shape and promote healthy growth.

- Mulching and Weeding: Spread mulch in flower beds and around trees. Remove weeds from landscaped areas to maintain a neat appearance.

- Clean-Up and Maintenance: Collect and dispose of debris, leaves, and clippings. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.

- Customer Interaction: Interact professionally with clients, addressing their questions and concerns and ensuring satisfaction with the services provided.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in landscaping or groundskeeping.

- Ability to operate various landscaping tools and equipment.

- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

- A Valid driver's license is required.

Working Conditions:

- Primarily outdoor work in various weather conditions.

- Full-time position with potential for overtime during peak seasons.

- Hours will be cut drastically from November through February due to seasonal demands.

- May require lifting heavy objects, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
