Job Description

## Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Crew Leader to join our team. As a Crew Leader you will be responsible for various tasks to maintain outdoor spaces to include mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, weed removal and quality control on your specific sites.

## Duties
- Perform maintenance duties and direct a team of 1-3 crew members.
- Assist with groundskeeping tasks such as landscape maintenance, irrigation and weed control.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for landscaping projects
- Support the team in building and maintaining properties

## Requirements

- Valid drivers license
- Experience in lawn care, and landscaping is required
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools effectively
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week
