Job Title: Account Manager



Position Overview:

The Account Manager is the main point of contact for our clients. They are responsible for sales, client relationships, job materials, scheduling, crew development, and related administrative tasks. The Account Manager is responsible for the delivery of outstanding service and strong client relationships while continuing to grow the company's book of business through new sales/business development.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Sales

Develop and grow a portfolio of accounts aligned with revenue goals set for your position. Face-to-face selling with homeowners (residential) and mid to senior levels of client management (commercial). Identify new business opportunities by cultivating and maintaining positive client relationships. Identify, propose, and sell enhancement opportunities on existing properties and process Change Orders.
2. Client Relationships

Manage all aspects of client relationships: communication, enhancements, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and renewals (if applicable). Perform site walkthroughs to ensure quality and expectations are met and exceeded. Ensure client concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Identify new business opportunities by cultivation and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
3. Materials

Maintain Quality Assurance practices and procedures on all materials ordered from vendors. Manage relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor service levels to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain inventory of materials as needed. Ensures all materials required for a project are in-stock and allocated to the project. Verify material deliveries are accurate and complete. Coordinate with Logistics as needed to facilitate efficient procurement procedures.
4. Scheduling

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, production, and sales teams, to coordinate logistics activities and ensure alignment with business objectives. Assign crews in the most efficient and effective way possible, while taking into consideration Field Supervisor IDPs. Ensure crews are assigned work to meet their revenue goals. Effective communication with all stakeholders throughout a project's life cycle.
5. Equipment

Weekly inspections of maintenance trailers: organized, efficient, and operational.

Coordinate with Shop to ensure readiness and address any repairs or concerns.

6. Management

Ensures timecards for your crews are accurate and approved per the payroll cycle. Track KPIs for your crews related to the Field Supervisor Review process. Engage with Field Supervisors to develop their Individual Development Plan for the year. Train, motivate, lead, and evaluate crew members. Ensure the scope of work is being performed and is up to the Wewerka standards. Ensures all accidents are properly documented and reported immediately. Coordinate with Logistics to develop and maintain contingency plans to mitigate risks and respond effectively to unexpected disruptions in the supply chain. Coordinate with Logistics to implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce expenses. Able to create an atmosphere of cooperation and professionalism. Represents the company courteously and professionally.

Qualifications:



Minimum 3 years of landscape experience. Articulate in both verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve organizational goals. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional areas. Proficiency in software such as Office 365 and LMN. Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue goals. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Possess a valid driver's license and be insurable on the company's insurance policy.

Preferred:



5+ years of landscape experience Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
