We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong desire to contribute to the beautification and maintenance of various landscapes. This role involves physical labor and requires the ability to work in various weather conditions while utilizing hand tools and equipment effectively.

Duties

Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Assist in the installation of hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Participate in tree care activities including planting, pruning, and removal as needed. Operate irrigation systems and ensure proper watering of plants and lawns. Utilize hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Assist with snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access to properties. Maintain cleanliness of job sites by removing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet client expectations.

Requirements

Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with hand tools and landscaping equipment is essential. Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Knowledge of basic gardening techniques, including plant care and maintenance practices. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Willingness to learn new skills related to landscape design, installation, and maintenance. A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
