We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our jobsites. Must be able to take direction from a foreman and be willing to learn. Through doing this you would inhibit the ability to grow within our company . This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in loading and unloading materials and products. Perform general maintenance tasks including cleaning and organizing work areas. Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of safety practices in a labor environment is a plus. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
