Overview

Green Wave Landscaping and Power Washing LLC is seeking a dependable, motivated individual (or two individuals) to join our crew for the upcoming spring season. In this hands-on role, you will handle a variety of landscaping and power washing tasks that keep our clients' properties looking clean, healthy, and professionally maintained.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time every day, and can operate efficiently with minimal supervision ; while acknowledging that this is a challenging yet rewarding position.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine landscape maintenance, including: trimming, edging, weed control, and debris cleanup. Operate commercial gas-powered equipment such as small & large hedge trimmers, leaf blowers, and power washers. Perform soft-washing on homes using the proper chemicals and application techniques to safely remove dirt, algae, and mildew without damaging surfaces. Perform residential and commercial power washing (driveways, siding, walkways, patios, etc.). Assist with landscaping projects such as mulching, planting, shrub trimming, bed cleanouts, and seasonal cleanups. Drive company truck to job sites and safely transport equipment. Maintain equipment by cleaning, refueling, and reporting issues immediately. Ensure quality standards are met on every job and provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients.
Qualifications

Valid driver's license and confidence driving a large pickup truck -- no exceptions. Strong work ethic -- must be willing to shows up on time consistently, ready to work hard and represent the company accordingly. Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs, working outdoors in heat all day, and handling fast-paced, physical labor. Attention to detail -- someone who cares about the quality of their work and takes pride in clean, professional results. Reliable and trustworthy -- clients' homes and property depend on us, so consistency and honesty are key. Prior landscaping or power washing experience is a strong plus, but not required if you already have solid equipment skills and are willing to learn quickly.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
