We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong willingness to learn. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, hardscape installation, and general upkeep of outdoor spaces. The Landscape Laborer will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' properties are visually appealing and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Assist in the installation of hardscape features including patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Maintain and operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively. Irrigate landscapes as needed to ensure healthy plant growth. Provide tree care services including tree trimming and removal when necessary. Build and maintain garden beds, ensuring proper soil conditions and plant health. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by disposing of debris and equipment properly.

Experience

Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hand tools and mechanical equipment is advantageous. Basic knowledge of horticulture practices including tree care and irrigation systems is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
