Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our team in delivering high-quality landscape services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance, landscape install, hardscapes, patios, hardscapes and patio be , along with exceptional leadership skills. This role involves overseeing various landscaping projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping operations. Ordering materials. Landscape design. Lead a team of landscapers in executing projects . Ensure that all equipment is maintained and operated safely by team members. Train new employees on proper landscaping techniques and safety protocols. Monitor project progress and quality of work, making adjustments as necessary to meet client expectations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide updates on project status. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites.

Skills

Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team and foster a positive work environment. Knowledgeable in building landscape features such as patios, retaining walls, and garden beds. Experience in tree care practices including pruning, planting, and disease management. Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team coordination. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a strong focus on safety.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
