to lead one of our Westerly-based crews.

What You'll Do:

Lead and work alongside a crew of 2-5 team members on commercial landscaping projects Execute job plans with precision, using equipment such as skid steers, trenchers, and mowers Manage daily site productivity, project timelines, and material usage Train and motivate your crew while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment Monitor quality control and ensure work meets Coastal standards Communicate with clients and project managers as needed Troubleshoot job site issues and adapt to on-site challenges

What We're Looking For:

2-3 years of landscaping experience required; at least 1 year of crew leadership preferred Strong knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, grading, drainage, and hardscaping Valid driver's license Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions Organized, proactive, and confident in leading a small team
