Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance, lawn care, and horticulture, along with proven supervisory skills. This role involves overseeing daily operations of landscape projects, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The Landscape Supervisor will play a key role in managing crew members, coordinating tasks, and delivering exceptional outdoor spaces for our clients.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance, gardening, and lawn care activities Oversee landscaping projects from start to finish, including construction and tree care tasks Assign daily tasks to crew members based on project requirements and skill levels Ensure all work complies with safety standards and industry best practices Perform quality checks on completed work to meet client expectations Maintain equipment and tools used in landscaping operations Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills in horticulture, maintenance, and construction Communicate effectively with clients and management regarding project progress and any issues that arise

Requirements

Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture Supervising or leadership experience within a landscaping or construction environment Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care, gardening techniques, and general horticulture practices Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and operating equipment for extended periods Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Valid driver's license for transportation between job sites Ability to obtain a health card Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
