We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our outdoor maintenance and landscaping teams. Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping activities, including planting, pruning, mowing, irrigation, and lawn care. Lead a team of landscape technicians, providing clear instructions, training, and mentorship to ensure efficient workflow. Oversee landscape maintenance tasks to ensure they meet quality standards and client specifications. Manage construction projects such as installing new landscapes, hardscapes, or irrigation systems from start to finish. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all team members. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to coordinate schedules and project requirements.

Qualifications

Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or related outdoor construction fields. Demonstrated supervising experience with the ability to lead teams confidently. Knowledge of lawn care techniques, horticulture practices, tree care, irrigation systems, and gardening fundamentals. Strong understanding of landscape construction processes and maintenance routines. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and operating landscaping equipment safely. Pay: $780.00 - $1,510.00 per week
