Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Supervisor and a landscape crew to lead our landscaping team in delivering high-quality outdoor maintenance and construction services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of landscape Desig/Remodel, maintenance, lawn care, irrigation, and horticulture, and a passion for creating beautiful and sustainable outdoor spaces. This role involves supervising crew members, coordinating projects, and ensuring safety and efficiency on all job sites.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of landscaping projects, including landscape maintenance, lawn care, tree care, irrigation installation, and gardening tasks Supervise and coordinate a team of landscapers and laborers to ensure timely completion of projects Assist with the installation of new landscapes, hardscapes, and other outdoor features Maintain quality standards by inspecting work performed by crew members Ensure compliance with safety protocols and proper use of equipment Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress Manage equipment maintenance and inventory to ensure tools are in good working condition Train new team members on landscaping techniques, safety procedures, and company policies

Skills

Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, irrigation systems, gardening, horticulture, and construction Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively Strong knowledge of tree care and plant health management Leadership qualities with excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and operating various landscaping tools and machinery Knowledge of safety standards related to landscaping operations and equipment use Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
