Responsibilities

Lead and supervise landscape, hardscape, and construction crews on residential projects Read and execute landscape and hardscape plans with accuracy Install pavers, artificial turf, irrigation, plants, rock, retaining walls, and outdoor living features Coordinate daily tasks, timelines, and project progress Ensure all work meets company quality standards and safety guidelines Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and team members Train, coach, and support crew members to maintain a high-performing team Operate equipment such as skid steers, compactors, saws, etc.
Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in landscape or hardscape installation Previous leadership or crew lead experience required Strong knowledge of pavers, turf, grading, irrigation, and general outdoor construction Ability to manage a team and maintain efficient workflow Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be punctual, dependable, and organized Must be legal to work in the United States
