Harlow Enterprises, Inc. has been serving the Fort Wayne area for over 40 years, completing an overwhelming amount of residential and commercial landscape projects with unmatched customer service and satisfaction. They are now seeking a motivated Estimator/ Project Manager to add to their growing team.

The Estimator / Project Manager will require an understanding of the estimation and design process thru both blueprint and on-site review. The position will have control of each project from estimation and award thru the installation and closeout process including material procurement, organized documentation of job tasks, additional work orders, receipts and warranty. The position will take on the responsibility of each crew to ensure A+ top quality work is completed to the satisfaction of the customer and company. Safety is of the utmost importance to the company and the understanding of OSHA standards, compliance and practices is a must.

Qualified applicants will need to be detail orientated and will possess excellent communication skills. An ability to work and lead in a team environment and an undeniable willingness to learn and grow in this fast-paced industry.

Other qualifications include, but are not limited to:

Minimum of high school diploma or GED Have and maintain a driver's license, excellent driving record, and be insurable. At least 5 years of experience in the following: Blueprint reading and layout. Equipment operation: skid steer, tractor, excavator, etc... Practical in field experience in landscape/hardscape. Supervisory experience strongly preferred. An excellent knowledge of the equipment, plants, tools, and labor required to achieve the expected result. Customer service skills and a professional appearance.
This position will be full time, Monday - Friday with the addition of Saturdays during the peak season as needed (Spring - Fall). Hours vary dependent on completion of projects.
