As a Design/Sales Project Manager on the Clark Farms team, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and managing landscape projects from concept through to completion. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and other design professionals to create aesthetically pleasing and sustainable outdoor spaces. Your work will involve site analysis, design drafting, plant selection, and project management to ensure the successful execution of each project.

Key Responsibilities

:

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and needs for their outdoor spaces Design outdoor spaces, including planting plans, hardscaping, water features, and lighting. Create detailed landscape designs and plans using CAD, hand sketches, or design software Develop and present design concepts and renderings to clients Select plants, materials, and furnishings that suit the design and environment. Work closely with the installation team to ensure designs are executed accurately, on time and on budget. Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and client communications Stay up-to-date with landscape design trends, sustainable practices, and new materials

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field (or equivalent experience) Proven experience in landscape design or project management (5+ years preferred) Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.)n Knowledge of plants, hardscaping materials, irrigation systems, and outdoor construction Excellent communication, project management, and client interaction skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team A passion for creating sustainable, innovative outdoor environments
