Responsibilities

Lead and assist the crew in executing daily assignments and routines Install plant materials according to landscape design plans Identify and delegate tasks to enhance department productivity and profitability Encourage continuous learning and development among team members Engage in hands-on work and operate various landscaping equipment Plan and cultivate lawns, gardens, and other green spaces based on designs Install landscaping features such as rock gardens, retaining walls, and decks Ensure compliance with safety rules and maintain a clean job site Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Knowledge of landscape practices and procedures Minimum of one year experience in landscaping or a related field Ability to interpret landscape designs and plans Previous supervisory experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in operating power equipment and hand tools Ability to enforce company policies and procedures Detail-oriented with multitasking and delegation skills Valid drivers license Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds Capability to work in various weather conditions Consistent and reliable attendance Must be 18 years of age or older
