is looking for experienced

Landscape Crew Leads / Drivers

to lead

Design/Build

or

Maintenance

crews. If you're a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality work, runs a clean jobsite, and leads by example, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage a crew of 2-3 team members Execute daily landscape work safely, efficiently, and to Rooted quality standards Drive company trucks and operate equipment responsibly Assign tasks, train crew members, and keep jobs on schedule Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites Communicate daily with Operations and report job progress Enforce safety procedures and protect company equipment
Design / Build Crew Lead Responsibilities (if applicable)

Install hardscapes, plantings, grading, drainage, and lighting Read and execute landscape plans and layouts Operate skid steers and compact equipment Manage job pacing to meet project timelines and budgets
Maintenance Crew Lead Responsibilities (if applicable)

Lead mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and seasonal cleanups Ensure properties meet weekly quality standards Identify turf or plant health issues and upsell opportunities Keep maintenance routes efficient and on time
What We're Looking For

Landscaping experience preferred but will train Previous crew lead or leadership experience preferred Valid driver's license Clean driving record Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
