Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Landscape Construction Project Manager

to oversee multiple landscape construction projects and crews. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work directly with clients, manage project schedules and budgets, and ensure each project is completed to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple landscape construction projects from start to finish Supervise and coordinate multiple field crews to ensure work quality and efficiency Communicate with clients throughout the project to ensure satisfaction and timely completion Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors as needed Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise on-site Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed at all times

Qualifications

Previous management or supervisory experience required Landscape construction experience

preferred

Strong organizational and leadership skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications Valid driver's license required

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:

$45,000 - $65,000 (based on experience)

Schedule:

Four 10-hour workdays (3-day weekends!)
