SUMMARY

:

Roebuck Landscaping (RL)

is growing in the Upstate and seeking dependable and hardworking Crew Members to join our Landscape Installation Team supporting Del Webb Pulte's new home community projects in the Greenville/Mauldin area. As a Crew Member, you'll work under the direction of a Crew Leader to install sod, trees, shrubs, mulch, and other landscape materials with precision and care. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Landscape Installation:

Assist with all phases of residential landscape installations including sod, plantings, mulch, grading, and cleanup. Use hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently. Follow directions from the Crew Leader and ensure all tasks meet RL's quality standards. Support daily preparation, loading, and unloading of materials, plants, and tools.

Teamwork & Productivity:

Work collaboratively with your crew to complete jobs on schedule and to specification. Maintain a clean, organized jobsite and uphold professional conduct with clients and builder partners. Take responsibility for your work and contribute to a culture of safety and respect.

Safety & Quality:

Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures. Wear proper PPE and ensure equipment is handled responsibly. Take pride in clean, finished work that represents Roebuck Landscaping's reputation for excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven Experience:

previous landscape or construction experience preferred but not required, training provided.

Technical Skills

: Proven experience on commercial/residential projects. Skilled in planting, sod, grading, and minor irrigation tie-ins. Ability to operate Mini Track Loaders (MTs), walk-behind tools, and hand equipment Equipment operation skills, including commercial excavation and grading techniques.

Valid driver's license and dependable transportation*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
