About the Role

We're looking for a

hands-on Landscape Construction Foreman

to run high-end install jobs: pavers, drainage, planting, irrigation, and site cleanups. You'll lead a crew in the field, hit production targets, and deliver clean, professional work our clients can brag about.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a landscape construction crew on

install projects

(planting, tree installs, sod, drainage, pavers, lighting, basic irrigation). Read and execute

plans, layouts, and work orders

; set the day's plan and keep the crew moving. Operate and direct use of

equipment

(skid steer, tampers, saws, trenchers, etc.) safely and efficiently. Ensure

quality control

: correct grades, clean lines, tight edges, proper plant spacing, safe and tidy jobsite. Communicate with the office/owner on

progress, issues, change orders, and material needs

. Train and coach crew members on

productivity, safety, and workmanship

. Complete basic

daily paperwork

: time, materials used, photos, and job notes.
Requirements

3+ years

experience in landscape construction or hardscape installs; at least

1 year as a lead or foreman

preferred. Strong working knowledge of

grading, drainage, sod, planting, and basic irrigation repairs

. Able to read

simple plans, measurements, and elevations

(tape measure, laser level/string line). Comfortable running or learning

small equipment

(skid steer, walk-behind trencher, plate compactor). Valid

driver's license

and reliable transportation to the shop. Able to work outdoors in

Florida heat

, lift

50+ lbs

, and be on your feet most of the day.

Spanish/English bilingual

is a strong plus.
Schedule & Pay

Full-time,

Monday-Friday

, occasional Saturdays during busy season. Start time typically

7:00 AM

until jobs are completed.

Hourly pay based on experience

(foreman-level) plus overtime when applicable. Opportunities for

Pay: $24.22 - $29.17 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
