As the Landscape Branch Manager, you will oversee Account & Production Managers within the division, including teams responsible for Enhancements, Irrigation, and Turf & Ornamental Applications. You will lead and coordinate all division activities to ensure optimal performance, quality, productivity, growth, and profitability, while upholding company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and control budgets related to labor, productivity, and division expenses.
Provide leadership and direction for all operational, administrative, and reporting functions to meet the region's growth and profit objectives.
Represent and uphold the company's core values and culture in all actions and decisions.
Model and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety compliance.
Monitor, mentor, and lead team members to achieve balance between organizational goals and employee engagement.
Recruit, train, motivate, and develop management and field staff.
Determine and maintain appropriate staffing levels through data analysis and workload assessment.
Oversee contract execution, billing processes, and timely completion of financial deliverables.
Foster and manage key client relationships, supporting Account & Production Managers in customer retention and satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify opportunities and achieve new maintenance contract sales targets.
Deliver accurate and timely financial and production reports to the Executive Team.
Conduct annual performance reviews for management staff, ensuring the same process is carried out by managers for their teams.

Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or related field, orequivalent experience.
5-7 years of management experience, preferably in landscape operations or a similar industry.
Strong skills in project management, time management, leadership, and decision-making.
Excellent communication abilities--verbal, written, and interpersonal--with proficiency in email correspondence, documentation, and team collaboration.
Working knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, horticulture, and industry standards.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining focus on goals and deadlines.

$100,000 - $130,000 annually
