Salary Range: $80,000 to 95,000/Year

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Land Surveyor / Project Manager

to lead and coordinate surveying projects from planning through completion. This role involves managing budgets, schedules, and client communications while ensuring quality deliverables and compliance with project and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) with strong leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and oversee all phases of land surveying projects Direct project teams to deliver accurate, cost-effective, and professional results Collaborate with other departments to ensure project goals and contract requirements are met Manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines effectively Prepare project proposals including scope, schedule, and manpower estimates Monitor project progress and communicate changes in scope or schedule to clients Serve as a mentor and supervisor to junior and mid-level staff Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Surveying Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 10 years of professional land surveying experience Proven project management and leadership experience Proficiency in modern surveying techniques and software applications Registered Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) in Florida, or ability to obtain within 6 months Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Working Conditions
