Job Description

Join our team as a Land Survey CAD Technician and work directly with a licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in a supportive environment. This position offers hands-on experience in both field and office work, mentorship toward professional licensure, and a defined career progression in land surveying.

What You'll Do

Draft boundary, topographic, and construction surveys in AutoCAD (Carlson Survey preferred). Collaborate with field crews and licensed surveyors for project delivery. Analyze survey data, deeds, and plats to create accurate mapping products. Rotate between office and field work to gain full-spectrum experience. Take part in direct mentorship, exam prep, and professional growth activities.
What You Bring

Certificate or associates in Surveying/Civil Technology, or equivalent work experience. Proficiency using CAD software. Solid understanding of survey basics and a desire to learn more. Strong organization, communication, and teamwork skills. Determination to pursue your PLS license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 50 per week
