Overview:
The Land / Property Manager is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and performance of properties owned by the company. This role oversees day-to-day operations and long-term property planning to ensure assets are well-maintained, financially sound, and aligned with ownership objectives.
Responsibilities:
Property Management & Operations
Manage daily operations of owned properties, including commercial, residential, industrial, or undeveloped land Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards are met Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and capital improvement projects Ensure properties comply with local, state, and federal regulationsQualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Financial and budget management proficiency Problem-solving and decision-making skills * Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
