Lancaster Iron Rep

The Iron Rep is a man called to help other men know God and know their purpose through Men of Iron's programs and resources. Part disciple-maker, part entrepreneur, he knows how to cast vision, build partnerships, and fund the mission. The Iron Rep builds relationships with local churches, businesses, and community leaders to spark Christ-centered change and impact his community--one man at a time.

Responsibilities

Equip and disciple men

through Men of Iron's programs and resources, including Strong27 mentorships, small groups, retreats, and events.

Recruit new and strengthen existing partnerships

with churches, businesses, and community leaders to expand Men of Iron's reach.

Recruit and train mentors and proteges

, ensuring healthy, thriving mentorship relationships.

Lead local gatherings and events

that encourage men to take ownership of their faith, leadership, and purpose.

Develop regional funding and sustainability

, cultivating donor relationships and hosting local events that support Men of Iron's mission.

Collaborate with the national Men of Iron team

, sharing stories, results, and best practices to grow impact across all regions.

Commitment

Financial:

Build and maintain a base of financial support through personal and regional networks.

Schedule:

Maintain a flexible schedule, including some weeknights and weekends, to lead Men of Iron programs and events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
