The Iron Rep builds relationships with local churches, businesses, and community leaders to spark Christ-centered change and impact his community--one man at a time.

Responsibilities
Equip and disciple men
through Men of Iron's programs and resources, including Strong27 mentorships, small groups, retreats, and events.
Recruit new and strengthen existing partnerships
with churches, businesses, and community leaders to expand Men of Iron's reach.
that encourage men to take ownership of their faith, leadership, and purpose.
Develop regional funding and sustainability
, cultivating donor relationships and hosting local events that support Men of Iron's mission.
Collaborate with the national Men of Iron team
, sharing stories, results, and best practices to grow impact across all regions.
