Laborers

What You'll Do

Perform general shop labor such as cleaning equipment, sweeping floors, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment Assist multiple departments as needed to support production Operate shop tools including saws, drills, grinders, and rolling equipment Run and assist with various machines after training Support the bellows forming process by handling materials, tightening hardware, and using hand tools Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and hoists Follow all safety procedures and company policies Pitch in where needed and be a reliable team player

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Manufacturing or shop experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate Strong work ethics and willingness to learn Ability to work well with coworkers and supervisors

Physical Requirements & Environment

Regular lifting up to 60 lbs., with occasional lifting up to 90 lbs. Frequent standing, bending, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motions Industrial environment with exposure to dust, fumes, chemicals, and heavy equipment
